Montreal Avenue House

Located in the historic Mount Royal neighborhood of Calgary, Alberta the client was seeking to expand their art collection, add new furniture and incorporate design items into the space. The client desired to blend the traditional design elements already a part of the over 100-year-old house with contemporary touches. Being of British and Scottish descent, it was important for AT Art & Interiors to curate elements to reflect the client’s cultural roots. Kingsley-Bate outdoor furniture was sourced to create a elegant English garden feel. Contemporary artworks were added in the bedrooms, living room and dining room spaces. Furniture was reupholstered with stylish new fabrics that provides a refreshing appearance to the space. The result is a family friendly space that is inviting for both traditional and contemporary art and design enthusiasts.
